the pool was very nice. the staff took our suitcase when we arrived. they took them back to the harbour. i booked a trip from the hotel to maya bay beach. i also went on a tour of the island.

The location was very nice. It was at the end of the boardwalk, so the main town was only a short walk away. Staff greeted us at the pier. They brought our bags to the hotel, and it was easy for us.
The shower had very little pressure. It was a small stream of water. One night, there was no water at all when we arrived. The next morning, there was water, but the shower handle gave electric shocks.
